長男の思わぬ病気の発覚
この平釜塩に出会うまでは、食べ物・調味料等にこだわる事なく子育てを
していました。
長男が３歳の時、ネフローゼ症候群を発症。尿にタンパクが大量に出て、血液中のタンパクが減り、浮腫が起きる疾患。。高度になると、肺やお腹、心臓、陰嚢にも水がたまり、腎不全、血栓症、感染症などを合併する危険性がありました。
病院に行ったら即入院で、大量のステロイドを飲む日々。
副作用でムーンフェイス、眼圧上昇、頭痛吐き気、足が攣る、食欲増進、毛深くなる等々、３歳の子を落ち着かせるのは大変でした。
タンパク尿がなくなると減薬し、再発するとまた薬を大量に飲む！の繰り返し。
これは対症療法でしかない、何か手をうたないと、ずっとステロイドを手放せない、根本治療できるものはないかと考えてました。
浮腫・高血圧の時期・ステロイド大量服用時期に塩分制限があり、試行錯誤しながら作った塩分少なめの食事は美味しくないと言われ・・・
そんな時に出会ったのがこのお塩だったのです。
よい塩なら、塩分制限しないで摂った方がいいというのです。
（摂りすぎはNGですが・・・）
天然平釜塩との出会い
目からうろこでした。
コレだ！と思ったものの、本当に良いのか調べてからでないと受け入れられない私。
色々調べた結果、、、
今まで使ってた精製塩はミネラルが削られてて、体内の浸透圧や生理バランスが崩れるため、１日の摂取量を１０ｇ以下と定めてあること。
精製塩は塩化ナトリウムが９９％以上という化学製法塩なのです。
しかし、平釜塩は塩化ナトリウムはが約８０％にとどまり、１０ｇ摂っても塩分そのものは低く、それ以上に各ミネラル、特にマグネシウム、カルシウムを多く含んでいることが分かりました。
うん、コレだ！味も角がなくてまろやかで美味しいし、使ってみよう！と思い、早速料理に取り入れることにしました。
するとこの塩は、素材本来のうまみと味を引き出す力があり、とても美味しい。息子もおいしいと食べてくれる！
これなら続けられる！！
というわけで平釜塩にドはまりした私は、お友達にもオススメしました。
お年寄り、働き盛りの大人、育ち盛りの子供、離乳食、どんな方にも喜んでいただける・・・
特に、うちと同じく、様々な病気を持つ方が喜んでくれました。
とても体調がよくなった。。
